I really just wanted to say thank you for giving everyone the tools to learn languages, and other things in a way that is perhaps more brain friendly than a lot of traditional education. Personally, it has helped me help students who are heritage learners of Spanish be able to have conversations with their elder family members that they were unable to because of both a generational gap, and a language barrier. I love your methodology, your openness and willingness to share, and both of these things live very deeply in my own soul so, I just wanted you to know that, at least to me, you make a world of difference.
Thank you Ronald, that's wonderful to hear! In fact, you sound like a great candidate for creating some documentary footage if you are up for it! I would love to hear more from you (how you incorporate elements of the method) and your students (their stories)! That could be such a nice additional to Part 1! Let me know if you think you might be interested and no problems if not of course! Thanks again for your kind words, and for being a good teacher! :)
i had learned spanish for a year using mild tools but somehow i found this one. I stopped looking at language as an alien but a different way to communicate with people as a shared history. After listening to your 90 episodes twice , with ease i was struck with how similiar the comprehension and words are similar to english. I would want to say thank you for changing my life and journey with language learning and i will never look at it the same again. This isn't a task thats informatory and you have to get out the way to say you achieved , language learning is a way of life and a never ending journey to communicate with people all over the world as we are one at the end of the day. A new language is now apart of my personality that i have learned.
I discovered LT accidentally in a Greek language learning group and was hooked right away. Initially, I was timid about letting my Greek instructor know I was supplementing her lessons with LT but when she wanted to know how I knew the verb αρχίχω when we hadn't learned it I explained and she was delighted I was immersing myself more in Greek learning and fully approved of your method...as do I. I'm an EFL teacher and have been adding to my own teaching repertoire through your LT method. In particular, I love how you get us to find and remember vocabulary through knowledge of its etymology. I have directed others towards LT for other language needs. Well done and thanks for being here! Pippa (Canada)
Thank you Pippa! That's great to hear! I'd love to hear more about how your own teaching is effected by LT in an audio/video for the documentary! Even if it's just a minute or two :) (Of course no problem if not, I know it's not everyone's cup of tea!). All the best and thank you for sharing LT and passing on this learning experience to new people, that's so helpful! :)
Huge lover of LT! I feel like I find myself recommending it to people a few times a month when I hear they are interesting in one of the currently available languages. The parts I have identified that are most impactful to me are the importance of learning how to build and construct using simple and straightforward grammar terminology (and not in the traditional sense), and of course I love the etymological notes (though some of them might be a tiny bit of a reach haha, but nonetheless they help to solidify the semantic connection). They say learning a language can change your perspective (which I totally agree with) but LT has completely changed the way I think about language learning in general, so ευχαριστώ πολύ, Μιχάλη.
Thank you Peter! For recommending LT so enthusiastically and for your kind words! I'm so glad to hear how LT has changed some of your perspectives, that's what I'm searching for! :) About the etymology, I'd love to know more what you mean about that reach! Sometimes etymology just really is silly (like, say, mouse and muscle being related, because the bicep looks like a mouse stuck in the arm) but these things are shockingly true haha
Okay so I know this is a really really late comment but I just wanted to ask if the Arabic course is finished or not because it says introduction, i'm kinda slow 😅😅 Does anybody know?? (I'm learning Arabic to communicate with my friend)
Hey Basma, please check out the platform to learn how future language material will come (Including further Arabic) www.languagetransfer.org/platform And please spread the word, the more people that know the more likely it is we find a great writer!

What a beautiful comment Sarah, thanks for sharing! And wise, too! You hit a good few nails on the head there! :)
I’ve got a feeling this is going to be very, very cool! I’ve used Language Transfer for Spanish and it’s a wonderful method for learning!
...now there's some positive pressure! :) Thanks for the leap of faith! I'll see what I can do ;)

I really loved the way you teach us and how you always want us to think instead of just memorizing. You’re so comforting
